How do I make a booking?

Go to the “book a place” page, complete a registration form, contact the Play Leader and then complete a booking form.

 

Can I talk to someone about the Club?

Yes, we are always happy to hear from you.  Go to the “Contact us” page and choose how you want to contact us.  If we cannot talk at that moment we will always get back to you.

 

Do you have to make a regular booking?

No, you are free to book your child in for as many or as few sessions as you wish.

 

Can I pick my child up before 5.45pm?

Yes you can pick your child up at any time from 3.20pm onwards.  We operate a password system to ensure children are only collected by those authorised to do so.  The fees are payable per session regardless of how long a child stays in the session.

 

What if I need to cancel a session?

If you need to cancel a session, either on the day or beforehand, then we would ask you to let us know via the contact details on the “contact us” page.  You may be entitled to a refund of the fees for that session.
